Bob Marx Mr. Marx is currently CEO and founder of MT Global Wines, LLC, headquartered in Wyoming,  Minnesota.  Licensed and operating in 29 states, MT Global’s niche’ into the wine industry was with South African wine and has grown to several imported wines from around the world.  National accounts include:  Trader Joe’s, Cost Co and Cost Plus/World Market. 
 
Serving as a career US Marine Officer from 1977-1997, Mr. Marx spent most of his time overseas to include tours of State Department duty in Afghanistan, India and South Africa. Collateral duties included 3 years as Head Coach of the Marine Corps Base football team, Camp Pendleton, CA and Captain of the Marine Corps Rifle/Pistol Team. Upon retiring from the Marines in 1997, he founded HR Executive Recruiters, a retained executive search firm with an emphasis in manufacturing, engineering, medical, education, security and non-profit.  In 2005 HR Executives merged with The Knutson Group, an international executive search firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona which specializes in: Automotive; Banking and Finance; Construction; Electronics; Energy; Information Technology; Insurance; Manufacturing; Mortgage; Power Generation; Professional Services; Not-for-Profit, Start-Up and Pre-IPO; International Search (Africa, Asia, Europe, Mexico).  Mr. Marx is Sr. Vice President at the Knutson Group.
